  • You can rent as may suites as needed depending upon availability, each suite is billed separately.

  • We have space for fourteen professionals.

  • Seul has single and double chair suites as well as suites with esthetician/Aesthetics sinks and plumbing for pedicure chairs.

  • At Seul Salon Suites we do not require you to sign a lease for an extended time however we do have you sign an agreement to abide by local and State Board laws.

  • Seul Salon strives to provide the perfect set up for your business, depending upon your needs our suites may come furnished with a salon hydraulic chair, mat and mirror and special lighting, make sure to inquire for your specific suite needs.

  • Your rent covers all utilities as well is WIFI for you and your clients, there are no more monthly expenses other than rent. At Seul Salon Suites you get tons of extras that will be explained at showing.

  • A security deposit is equal to one weeks rent, which holds your reservation.

  • Salon Suites are a way for you to express your style and bring in your own style of furniture.  All changes will require prior approval.

  • Seul Salon is designed for professionals who already have a well established clientele, however due to our location, and Social Media presence and Web Site efficiency we do have a high amount of inquiries on a daily basis.
